Easier Access to Compliance-Related Documents

As you may recall, last fall we showed you our product vision and roadmap when we launched the Reference Center. We are excited to announce that we are making additional strides in our product journey with the ComplianceHR Document Center.

The Document Center is a repackaging of our document-related solutions, Navigator Onboarding and Navigator Leave. At this time, the content and functionality of these solutions will not be changing, they will just be accessed through the new Document Center card in your solution.

If you are a Navigator Leave user, please be sure to complete any outstanding Leave forms by the close of business on Friday, September 29, 2023. This will ensure a smooth transition for your organization and prevent the need to re-do any in-progress Leave forms.

• What if our subscription only has access to one of the solutions listed above?
  • We are pleased to share that if your current subscription only has access to either Navigator Onboarding or Navigator Leave, you will now receive both solutions at no additional cost.
• If a platform user only has access to Navigator Leave today, will they receive access to Navigator Onboarding forms automatically? Or the inverse if they have access to Navigator Onboarding?
  • Users will only have access to the same forms that they can see today. However, Platform Admins can enable additional forms, once they’re available in your instance.
• Will this solution change my subscription cost?
  • No, your current subscription pricing terms will not be impacted by this change.
• When can I expect this change to take place?
  • We will be updating our solution on Saturday, September 30, 2023. So, when you log in on Monday, October 2, 2023, you’ll see the new product card in your solution.
