DHS Releases Long-Awaited Proposed Rule to Modernize H-1B Visa Program

On October 23, 2023, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) to Modernize the H-1B Visa Program was published in the Federal Register. Comments are due in 60 days, by December 22, 2023.
