ComplianceHR SmartScreen™ Now Covering Testing and Waivers

ComplianceHR SmartScreen™ already empowers TechServe members to screen employees and track their vaccination statuses. Beginning next week, ComplianceHR SmartScreen™ will also provide forms and workflows to help employers handle request for vaccine accommodations. Additionally, employers will be able to include a customizable question for unvaccinated employees, to ensure that they are following company COVID-19 testing policies.

The Food and Drug Administration fully approved the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccination on August 23, 2021. As several clients begin requiring vaccinations for in-person staff members, ComplianceHR is working on a solution in the SmartScreen™ application to support these new challenges. Despite the trend to mandate the vaccination, there are still reasonable accommodation requirements to consider, which SHRM outlines in this article.
