Review of USCIS Guidance Memo for H-1B Visas Chapter: Ohio Time: 9:30am - 1:00pm Presented by Rob Choen, immigration attorney for Porter Wright Rob will be reviewing the new U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services guidance memo regarding the adjudication of H-1B petitions, including the potential impact to both service providers and clients. His primary area of practice is immigration and nationality law. He has extensive experience in all aspects of business and family immigration procedures. In addition to his legal experience, he is also an instructor for the Legal Assistant program at Capital University.
