What Each Package Includes
Annual Conference includes Wednesday Welcome Reception, Thursday Continental Breakfast and Lunch, Thursday Beach Reception, Friday Continental Breakfast and Lunch, Closing Happy Hour reception and all education content in the executive, sales and recruiter tracks. Does NOT include sessions offered exclusively to participants of the Incredible Race, Large Firm Forum and Growing Firm Forum.
Large Firm Forum includes the items listed under the Annual Conference PLUS access to Large Firm Forum sessions and private lunch hosted on Thursday, October 8.
BOTH Annual Conference & Growing Firm Forum includes the items listed under the annual conference package description above and respective roundtable description below.
Social Packages
Meals & Receptions Only Package is available for spouse/guest registrants who are NOT affiliated with an IT Services company or vendor. The package includes meals and receptions listed under the Regular Package above, but DOES NOT include access to education sessions.
Receptions Only Package is available for spouse/guest registrants who are NOT affiliated with an IT Services company or vendor. The package includes the Wednesday Welcome Reception and Thursday Beach Party reception ONLY.
Opening Reception Only is available for spouse/guest registrants who are NOT affiliated with an IT Services company or vendor. The package includes the Wednesday Welcome Reception ONLY.
Exhibitor Package
Exhibitor Meal Package is required for all exhibitor personnel in excess of the number of complimentary passes included in the exhibitor's package. Exhibitors participating in the TechServe Alliance Associate Program receive two complimentary registrations as part of their booth package. Exhibitors NOT participating in the TechServe Alliance Associate Program receive one complimentary registration as part of their booth package. Any additional exhibitor personnel must purchase a meal package.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations MUST be made in writing and sent by fax to The Grassley Group at 703-991-0806. Full conference registration refund requests received by August 24, 2010 will receive a refund, less a $250 processing fee per registrant for packages and a $50 processing fee for social packages. Refund requests received August 25, 2010 through September 22, 2010 will receive a 50% refund per registrant. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 22, 2010.
Substitutions are permitted. To streamline onsite registration for the substitute, we appreciate advance notification of substitutions whenever possible.
