Don Beemer is the Managing Director of Insurance Services for TechServe Alliance. As the principal contact for the agency, it is his responsibility to provide leadership, strategies to improve processes, personnel development, and the P&L. Don handles and manages the agency account executives, marketing, new hire training, and overall production while promoting a high level of customer service. Don has also incorporated procedures and guidelines that have increased sales, revenues, retention and insurance company contingencies. Ultimately, representing the organization in the relationships with insurance carriers and managing the direct sales through carriers like Zurich, The Hartford, Travelers and State National Insurance Company.
