Instructions To Access The Techserve Alliance Members Only Area Website


As a reminder, TechServe Alliance launched our new database and access to the member’s only area of the website in May of 2010. If you have not set up your new password, please use the following instructions or contact the TechServe Alliance staff at 703-838-2050.

First Time Users


Use either of the following two ways to set up your password:

  • Setting Your Own Password

    Go to our web page login at: http://www.techservealliance.org/login.cfm

    1. Input your e-mail address
    2. Input Password: Password1

    Type it in exactly as shown here with a capital P (this is a temporary password)

    Once you have logged in, click on Info link, and the system will ask you to create your personalized password.

  • Staff Assistance Creating a Password

    Email membership@tehcservealliance.org and send the password you want to use (must be at least 6 characters with one number in it) and we will set it for you and notify you by email when it is done.

If You Forgot Your Password


If you have forgotten your password, you can just click forgot your login information and the system will automatically let you create a new password 24/7. You no longer have to contact the staff to access your login information. Remember, using your old login information will not work to access the website from this point forward.

Problems Logging In


If you are still unable to login in or if the system indicates we do not have a user name for you (based on your company e-mail) or if the system indicates there are two records with your e-mail address, please contact TechServe Alliance at 703-838-2050 or membership@techservealliance.org so we can fix the problem immediately.
