Steve Norris, President
Steve Norris is the President & CEO of EdgeTech Consulting, Inc., a global Information Technology Staffing and Consulting firm, based in Irvine, CA. Prior to co-founding EdgeTech in September 2000, Mr. Norris' background was in sales, sales management and strategy in the software industry. Mr. Norris is very active in TechServe Alliance and is currently serving on its National Board of Directors, and the TechServe Alliance Southern California Chapter Board of Directors.

Karen Wilson, Vice-President/President-Elect

Karen is president and partner of MAKE Corporation located in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. Karen has been active in the industry for over 25 years working in such varied positions as programmer analyst, technical management, executive management for the IT Staffing industry and consulting for VMS.

John Dreyer, Chairman
John Dreyer is the Founder and of CEO SkilGroup, Inc., a national IT Consulting and Staffing company headquartered in the Chicago suburbs. John's diverse IT services sales and management career spans from corporate lending at Bank of America to systems integration at AT&T, where he was recognized with the Chairman's Award for top sales in the Western U.S. For the past 14 years, John has applied his IT consulting skills to focus exclusively on managing organizations and providing IT-based business solutions to Fortune 1000 companies.

John has served on numerous non-profit boards, and inclusive of his current role as national board member for the TechServe Alliance, he is the past President of the TechServe Alliance Midwest Chapter. He is also a member of the Association of Information Technology Professionals.

Chris Cosmos, Secretary/Treasurer
Chris Cosmos is the Vice President of Business Development for Software Management Consultants, Inc headquartered in Glendale, CA.

He spent the last ten years of his career as a senior level executive at the Nelson Family of Companies, a $365MM Bay Area firm providing contract and permanent staffing services as well as software built to run the workforce management process. He has a wealth of knowledge around IT staffing, RPO, contingent workforce services, risk and VMS.

In 2003 and 2004, Chris was the president of the Northern California chapter of the National Association of Computer Consultant Businesses (NACCB), a trade association comprised of close to 400 member companies from around the country with total revenues exceeding $4 billion. Chris has been a member of the TechServe Alliance Board of Directors since 2004 and has been part of its Executive team since 2005. He is also a member of the Project Management Institute. Chris is a certified Miller Heisman trainer and has made numerous public speaking engagements on staffing, sales methodology, RPO and VMS services. He has been interviewed by the Silicon Valley Business Journal, the My Technology Lawyer Radio Show, The Economist, Readers Digest as well as the US Chamber of Commerce.

Chris' formal education included an undergraduate degree for the University of San Francisco and a master's degree from San Francisco State University. He lives in Northern California with his wife and three children.

Mark Roberts, CEO
Mark Roberts is Chief Executive Officer of TechServe Alliance, a collaboration of IT services firms, clients, consultants and suppliers dedicated to advancing excellence and ethics within the IT services industry. Prior to being named CEO by the TechServe Alliance Board of Directors in February 2003, Mr. Roberts served as COO & General Counsel of the association. He is an authority on issues and trends impacting the IT services industry. He writes and speaks frequently on industry topics.

Before joining TechServe Alliance, Mr. Roberts was a partner in the Labor and Employment Group of Steel Hector & Davis LLP, a large Florida law firm. Mr. Roberts also served for four years in the Washington, D.C. office of Congressman Benjamin A. Gilman of New York.

Mr. Roberts earned his undergraduate degree from Haverford College in Political Science. He earned his law degree with distinction from Emory University in 1990.

Mr. Roberts currently serves as a member of the Labor Relations Committee of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
